The service mark protects the use of Business Development Forensics (BD Forensics) and its variations for business services and use of proprietary tools developed for conducting analysis on business development programs, pipelines, and opportunities.

Accreditation in the BBB is granted with approval of the Board of Directors and reflects TKG’s commitment to the BBB Code of Business Practices. The code is a comprehensive set of policies, procedures, and best practices for ethical advertising, selling and customer experiences.

The Kyle Group LLC (TKG) presented Capture Management: Effective Use of Capture Tools to an audience of 122 business development (BD) professionals from across the United States during the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), Capture & Business Development Conference (CBDC).
The CBDC was a one-day event specifically designed for BD professionals; it focused on emerging technologies, current trends and best practices within the discipline.
